Spanish term or phrase: -jb
Appears at the very end of a lease contract (Chile).

"PUNTA ARENAS, 25 de Octubre de 2006.-jb"

"jb" doesn't seem to be related to the name of any person, or company, or referencing anything else in the document as far as I can tell. Would anybody happen to know what it is referring to?

Many thanks for any comments.
