"Las actividades susceptibles de generar emisiones que afecten la calidad atmosférica deben ajustar sus procesos a las exigencias del decreto xxx publicado en la Gaceta Oficial n° xxx Extraordinaria de fecha xx o cualquiera que lo sustituya, **considerándose además, su degeneración o reemplazo**."

No entiendo la última expresión. ¿Alguien me podría orientar?

neutral  Robert Carter: I don't find this convincing, David. It doesn't seem to be referring to the contract in any case, and I've never seen "degeneración" mean "expiry".
