duly certified with the Aspostille of the Hague Convention
Explanation:
Hi Eileen,
I am sure you are aware that an Apostille is the simplified certification of documents (including notarizations), for their international use in all nations that have joined the Apostille Section of the Hague Convention. The main function of the Apostille is to certify the authenticity of the signature on the document (ie: State Registrar, County Clerk, Judge, Vital Records Officer or Notary Public among many others).
As the rest of the context of the sentence is not provided, it is hard to write the translated sentence.

Notes to answerer
Asker: No Mary, my work on sales contracts for property have never used such a term, and legal vocabulary is not my specialty, apart for basic contractual terms. That was why I asked this question. Thank you very much for your help.

agree  philgoddard: I think the bit about the Hague Convention is slight overtranslation, even though it's correct. Just "certified with an apostille" would do.
