I understand "implicancias" in Chile to mean conflicts of interest, which seems clear from the following references: implicancia 2. f. Chile y Ur. Since conflicts of interest and recusals often go hand in hand (cf. the current US Attorney General's recent predicament), I presume "reclamar" here must be meant as both "claim" and "move" [or "apply for"], unless it's the other way round, i.e., object to claims of conflicts of interest and recusals, but I doubt it. |
