Is there a specific way of translating this please?
I would say the joint nominal amount of their actions, but I am not sure that would be
the correct terminology.

This is the context:

Emisión y derecho preferente.

La emisión de acciones no suscritas tiene lugar en virtud de una decisión de y bajo las condiciones que fije la juntageneral.
La junta general puede transmitir sus competencias al respecto a otro órgano social y puede revocar dicha transmisión de competencias.

agree  Robert Carter: Yes, if that's what they mean. Seems to be a mixup in the ST. It must be either "total nominal value" or "total number of shares"; it can't be both. And the gender neutral singular "their" is fine.
