Spanish to English translations [Non-PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general)
Spanish term or phrase:Levantada fuera de protocolo
This is a document where a notary is explaining where he is licensed and gives by his faith that this is a true document.
Made outside of official records, non-recorded document, etc.
Explanation: If I had more context I could do better, but that is what it is, a document that is not included in the Notary's record of publicly recorded documents (protocolo). It would be a private document, but notarized, and kept in another file.
(As relates to Mexico)
