Explanation:
In Argentine is common to use latin numbers when indicating orders of amendmentes. Instead of modifying a section in full, lawmakers may decided to add a section but in order to avoid re-enumerating the sections of a law they add this distinction. For instance, artículo 2 bis, art. 2 ter, art. 2 quater. I have only seen this in codes but not in laws.
Hope this helps. A good choice, even better than my translation, would be to leave it in latin: Section 62 quater of so-and-so law
