Law/Patents - Law (general) / international maintenance agreements
Spanish term or phrase: procede acoger la accion ejercitada en aquella
This is a ruling from Spain on a maintenance claim, and this sentence comes from the section on Legal Grounds. I can't seem to pull this together--hope someone can help me with it!

English translation:it is reasonable to recognize the action that has been brought in the claim
Explanation:
Since the defendant himself has expressly said that the claim of the plaintiff is well-founded it is only reasonable to agree with him.

It is pretty confusing.
