This is from a legal document from the Dominican Republic to be submitted to a court in English. It says "La entidad bancaria...por mediación de sus abogados...presenta formalmente las siguientes CONCLUSIONES EN AUDIENCIA"
No it doesn't, that's why I was confused. It literally reads like I have written above on a cover letter to the document, and the CONCLUSIONES EN AUDIENCIA is in capitals too, kind of denoting what the document that follows is. What follows is of course a legal argument as to why the defendant is wrong and the claimant is right...
