Es lo que nosotros en Uruguay llamamos "fraccionamiento". Y lo traducimos simplemente por "division". De acuerdo a la referencia que cito, no es simplemente "dividir" o "segregar" sino que el procedimiento de "desenglobe" implicaría un procedimiento administrativo/legal de registro.
