I am currently translating a bank guarantee upon first demand. I am not sure about how to translate this sentence:
"D. X X X avala a la compañía X de cuantas obligaciones contraiga en lo sucesivo para con X".
"Avalar" is normally translated into English as "guarantee" but, in this case, I wonder if I should translate it as "will answer for X with respect to all the payment obligations...", since there is a slight nuance "avalar A" that seems to change the general meaning...
