Al haber realizado la construcción de una estructura ubicada en zona contigua a la plataforma de carga, dentro de las instalaciones marinas del Proyecto de Exportación de XXX, que no ha sido objeto de revisión y aprobación por parte de la autoridad ambiental competente y que no se encuentra descrita en el EIA del "Proyecto de Exportación de XXX", aprobado por Resolución Directoral xxxxxxxxxx y tampoco en el EIA Semi Detallado que contiene la Modificación del mismo proyecto, aprobado por Resolución Directoral xxxxxxxxx; ha incumplido lo dispuesto en el artículo 9 del Reglamento para la Protección Ambiental en las Actividades de Hidrocarburos aprobado por Decreto Supremo xxxxxx, lo cual constituye *infracción administrativa sancionable*, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Artículo 1 de la Ley xxxxx, acorde con lo establecido en el numeral xxx de la Tipificación y Escala de Multas y Sanciones de la Gerencia de Fiscalización de Gas Natural, aprobada por Resolución de Consejo Directivo xxxxxxxxx, modificada por Resolución de Consejo Directivo xxxxxxxxx.
