In English is more common to write in 1st person than 3rd, so you have to decide one or the other
for the first part, a couple of posibilities:
Under no constrain or undue influence
Free and voluntary act
Both commonly used in last will and testaments
second part:
Appears (before me) to name, and who in fact named, as sole residuary legatee
