This is from a "NOTA INFORMATIVA ESTADO ACTUAL REGISTRO SANITARIO" which lists the proceedings to date in a petition to suspend the marketing of a drug.

8. Por su parte, el 14 de noviembre de 2007, XXX presentó recurso de reclamación ante el TFJFA combatiendo el fondo de la Primer Sentencia de Suspensión.

9. Con motivo de la Primera Sentencia de Suspensión, el 15 de noviembre de 2007, el Juez 10º dictó sentencia en el Juicio de Amparo 1234/56, en el sentido de sobreseer el mismo en virtud de que había cambiado la situación jurídica.

10. El 21 de noviembre de 2007, en el Juicio Contencioso el perito propuesto por XXX se presentó ante la 7ª Sala para efectos de aceptar y protestar el cargo, reservándose dicha Sala a otorgar plazo para rendir su dictamen.

11. El 3 de enero de 2008, el Juez 10º emite sentencia al Juicio de Amparo 2234/56 y decreta el sobreseimiento de dicho juicio.
