Does this mean "after having pronounced/ordered/issued"?

There is a similar entry in the glossary for "vistos para resolver", which also appears in my source text. However, the different proposed answers are a bit confusing. Two answers say that it means "after having..." but one of them translates "vistos" as a noun, ie "hearing". Can anyone clarify this for me?

By the way, "Vistos" is written with an initial capital in the source text although there is a comma (not a full stop) beforehand.

Thanks once again.

What does the rest of the sentence say? I have assumed (maybe wrongly) that it is a preamble to a decision about costs

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you. Doesn't "dictar" mean "issue", so wouldn't it be "having issued the schedule of costs"?

Asker: Here is the preceding and following context. Hope it helps: "ÚNICO.- Se ajusta la Liquidación de Sentencia de la parte actora de este Juicio, hasta por la cantidad de: XXXX. En la misma fecha notifican por resolución dictada el (fecha), Vistos para dictar la Planilla de Gastos y Costas de la Parte Actora. ÚNICO.- Se aprueba la Planilla formulada por la parte actora, por su propio derecho."
