Principio de Mediación e Inmediación:

Mediación: se caracteriza por el hecho de que el procedimiento se lleva a cabo formando la opinión o criterio del juez bajo la influencia de actuaciones realizado por otro juez comisionado.
Inmediación: el principio de inmediación rige cuando todas los alegatos y pruebas se realizan con la intervención directa del mismo juez que debe sentencias: no se permite al juez comisionar. Este principio no es exclusivo del procedimiento oral también puede cumplirse en el juicio escrito.

agree  philgoddard: It has a very specific meaning here, but I don't see what else you could call it. I suppose "inmediación" would be 'non-mediation".
