Produced/submitted as Document XXX of the complaint, a copy of which is attached hereto
Explanation:
Without additional context, this appears to refer to a document appended to a complaint ("demanda") in a civil proceeding.

In this context "aportar" refers to "producing" or "submitting" documents with the complaint.

"que mediante copia se acompaña" = a copy of which is attached hereto (or) a copy of which is included herewith, etc.

Hope I'm on the right track!

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks, a combo of the other answer and yours works as it's for a US audience although, it is a rogatory letter requesting info. on an inheritance 'situation' as opposed to claim/complaint as such. Maybe complaint still works though... Produced/submitted as Document XXX of the complaint, a copy of which is attached hereto

agree  AllegroTrans: OK but I would say "claim" instead of complaint// Asker is in W. Europe so British/Irish/European English should be OK

  -> Thanks, Allegro. "Claim" for British audiences; "complaint" for US audiences.//Just for info, Asker says this is for a US audience.

agree  Robert Carter: Asker: it doesn't matter that it's a rogatory letter, the document underlying the rogatory letter will be the "demanda" (complaint in US-En).

  -> Thanks, Robert. Good point.
