El original en español dice así:
(d) Que en consecuencia, la Sociedad invita a los accionistas a realizar aportes irrevocables en proporción de sus tenencias accionarias para dotar de fondos a la Sociedad, y luego transferir dichos fondos para que RAF S.A. a su vez, en su carácter de accionista de ASV, aporte dichos fondos a esta última como aportes irrevocables.

Este es mi intento:
