Aún así tengo dudas con la siguiente frase: "dar traslado de la demanda a la demandada, con entrega de copia de la misma y de la documentación acompañada, y emplazándole para que pueda formular oposicion en el plazo de treinta días hábiles computados desde el siguiente al emplazamiento..."

Ya que encuentro muchas maneras distintas : give notice of the summons / to serve the summons/ service of summons...

Mi intento es éste: "Giving notice to the Defendant of the claim, serving a copy of it and of the attached documents and summon her delivering the judicial notice as by filing an answer within the period of THIRTY WORKING DAYS as from the day following to the summons"

Pero una vez más estoy insegura de que sea una correcta traducción al inglés "summoning her" o existe otra manera mejor de expresarlo.
