Spanish term or phrase: expedientes al despacho
This describes the current location ('la ubicación actual') of a legal record from Argentina. It appears at the top of the document under "expediente" and "carátula," so it describes basic information regarding the file. I'm just not sure how to render this appropriately into US English.

case files in chambers

expedientes = case files

'despacho' refers to the judge's chambers, as distinct from the office of the clerk to the court, archives or other possible "'ubicaciones'"

The implication is that the case file is sitting in a pile on the judge's desk, waiting for some decision to be taken.
