No, that's precisely what I'm trying (albeit unsuccessfully) to explain, i.e., it doesn't mean charging prices for the trust assets, it means actually charging fees against the trust assets for services performed by the trustees.
What I understand by your text is that trustees must not charge trusts (thereby essentially reducing the assets held in trust) rates other those agreed upon beforehand.
I hope that's a bit clearer.

OK. I meant "assign a price", as in "put a price on" (which is closer to "cargarle a...", but you're right, "charge" is more natural). So, if I understand correctly, this simply means the same as "Cobrar precios distintos por el patromonio fideicomitido" ("Charging prices for the trust assets..."). I had put assign, but I think I might change it to charge; I haven't delivered this yet.

It doesn't mean "assign the estate of trust values", it means "charge the estate of trust rates". There's a qualitative difference here in the sense in that the former means to place (assign) a different value on the property held in trust, whereas the second refers to debiting (charging) fees against the balance held in trust.
