Spanish to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / notary
Spanish term or phrase:vale y se salva
At the end of a notary document. Last line
Sobrerraspado: E. Vale y se salva. Reitero fé.
(at least I think it's E, the copy isn't very good and it could be S).
I just don't think 'erased surface' makes any sense. You can erase words or markings, but not the surface. Anyway, that wasn't my question, and I think I will use "obliteration" for "sobrerraspado" anyway.
But thanks for your suggestions.
