Se trata de los estatutos de una fundación sin fines de lucro, en Colombia.

¿A qué se refiere lo de "ordinario"? Es un cargo, al parecer, pero no sé cómo se llama en inglés.

neutral  GoodWords: Me parece que tus referencias refieren a las misas, no a un cargo. Sin embargo, http://www.i-c-u.org/parishes.html . Pero al parecer con católicos independientes. ¿Será otro el término dentro de la iglesia establecida?
