useable sheets

A sheet of ordinary paper that can be (and in Mexico normally is) used on both sides. "Foja" en this context refers to the sheet itself, not to one side of a sheet.

Occasionally a side can be blank and they will usually cross it out and/or put a stamp on it to so indicate.

It is not notarial paper, which in Mexico is not used.

Check the glossary... this has come up before.

Good luck from Oso ¶:^)
