This is from Spain. Here is the context: "...dan por terminado el sistema de sociedad tácita o legal, adoptando para el futuro el de separación absoluta de bienes o sociedad paccionada..." It is a quote from a marriage document in a contract of compraventa, in which the married couple is selling property to another party.
