Both prior answer are correct.... but I wanted to add

Explanation:
a neat reference from Thomas West, III

tribunal= court (In most of Latin America, a "tribunal" is always lower than the supreme court, but in Spain, Cuba, and Puerto Rico, the Supreme Court is called the "Tribunal Supremo",
neat, huh?

1 hr peer agreement (net): +1
Courts and Tribunals (both)

Explanation:
This clause usually appears in the part about jurisdiction and arbitration in contracts and commercial agreements. Such a clause usually reads "The parties hereby submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of X". The distinction between a Court and a Tribunal is established by the law of the country concerned.

Courts/Tribunal

Explanation:
It is always a bit tricky trying to find the right translation for these words as often the best translation for each is "court", but where you have the two placed so close together it is probably best to choose as I have indicated.
