Perdón porque puse agree por error en una de las posibilidades. (que además ojo con Robb que su diccionario técnico es muy bueno, pero el legal....)

Guys, no es que no quiera darle el OK a nadie. El tema es así:
Todas las materias que cursan los abogados (y los traductores públicos en Argentina) se traducen así:

Derecho Privado: Private Law
Derecho Constitucional: Constitucional Law
Derecho Laboral: Labor Law

Acá se trata de la MATERIA Derechos Reales. Creo que voy a optar por poner
"Real and Oersonal Property Law", a falta de mejor opción.

Explanation:
Aurora, te estás confundiendo entre el concepto de "derecho" como ciencia, o como ordenamiento legal (law) y "derechos", "rights".
Las materias se llaman Derecho Civil, Derecho Penal, etc, porque se refieren al ordenamiento legal (el conjunto de leyes y códigos) que rige un determinado ámbito (civil, penal, etc), por eso son "law".
"Derechos reales" se refiere a los "rights" sobre las cosas, es decir "in rem" (res es cosa en latín), por oposición a los derechos personales, que son los inherentes a la persona en sí, por el solo hecho de ser persona (y que generalmente ya están en la constitución)
