Para el caso de existir futuras ampliaciones de superficie en el Inmueble, la Locataria no se obliga a devolver dichas ampliaciones a su estado anterior. La locataria se obliga a mantener libre de basuras la azotea y también toma a su cargo la limpieza, mantenimiento, desobstrucción de cañerías cloacales y o pluviales, posibles goteras o filtraciones de los techos, mantener en buen funcionamiento las instalaciones sanitarias de incendio y sus dependencias, las instalaciones de fuerza motriz y luz y de todas las demás instalaciones existentes . Para el caso de que la locataria tenga que hacer algún gasto de estos, nada tendrá que reclamar a la locadora por ningún concepto. Si el Inmueble tuviese inconvenientes tales como pero no limitado a goteras o filtraciones por defectos demostrables de la estructura, y que respondan a su configuración originaria estos inconvenientes deberán ser subsanados por la locadora.
