Spanish term or phrase: Comisiòn Fiscalizadora de Finanzas
Hello! I'd like to check my translation against some suggestions for this term in the following context:

"La Asamblea general elegirá anualmente a la Comisión Fiscalizadora de Finanzas, a la cual corresponderá revisar las cuentas e informar a la Asamblea General sobre el balance o cuenta de resultados...."

GRACIAS!

If this is pretty legal and pretty formal, I'd prefer "Finance
Explanation:
Auditing Commission". The auditor's job is to fiscalize, and I see no point in duplicating what usually happens, anyway, by creating some specially-constituted commission.
(Try this if the sentence appears in the "Escritura de Constitución", which establishes corporate SOP).

I guess the word "audit" in there is a must. yes, it is a pretty legalist translation, from a Chilean document, which means -at least for those who know the Chilean little world-, that it must be REALLY formal! hehe

Thank you all, dear colleagues
