Spanish term or phrase: disolverse una organización
Hello. Just finishing these Bylaws.
Does anybody has a suitable verb for "disolverse" in the following context? Im using the noun "Dissolution", but I'm doubtful about which verb fits in. Also, what do you think of "well founded Mayoral Decree" for "Decreto Alcaldicio fundado"??

La Organización se disolverá además por las causalaes establecidas en el Articulo XXXX de la Ley XXXXX. La disolución será declarada mediante Decreto Alcaldicio fundado, notificado al presidente de la Organización personalmente... etc etc

GRACIAS!!

an organization is dissolved

Explanation:
"dissolve" is fine as the verb -- but you're right, one doesn't see it as often as "dissolution."

The more idiomatic word to use in English is "winding-up" (also: to wind up a company, a company is wound up, etc.)
