Mi pregunta es: significa, con domicilio en esta ciudad (así se dice en los documentos argentinos) porque de todas maneras en el documento no aparece domicilio específico alguno.

Domicile is well understood in English, at least by lawyers, and it is neither address nor residence. It's more.

I have addresses and residences in Wisconsin and North Carolina, but my domicile is in Illinois. That's because I live in Illinois and have no fixed intention to establish my permanent residence elsewhere.

Domicile is an important legal concept in most all civil law jurisdictions.
