"the aforementioned unit has the following surface areas:
covered....51.08 square meters (if you really mean DECÍmetros and not CENTÍmetros (51.8 then))
semi-covered....1 (square?) meter."
"Area" implies measurement, or so says Collins. Both terms together would stand for "áreas de las superficies". Here go two links on spa and container units with surface area. Good luck :)
