Buenos días, señor@s! Es mi primera vez que traduzco un documento de este tipo y por desgracia no he logrado encontrar algo parecido en la Red, por eso pido su ayuda en traducir el siguiente:
Pliego de Posiciones que presenta el Procurador XXX en nombre y representación de Don YYY y de su esposa Doña ZZZ en el Juicio de Cognición por resolución de contrato de arrendamiento de vivienda, que bajo el número 111, se sigue en su contra por Don FFF, para que previa declaración
de pertinencia de los mismos, y bajo juramento indecisorio sean absueltas por el Actor.

Jennette is right. You have to use it in singular to refer to the questions prepared for the parties.
Interrogatory issued by Attorney General XXX, in the name and behalf of.....
