the Spanish Urban Leaseholding Law Explanation: I would agree that, as a title, no official translation exists; however, the law in itself is significant because it governs apartment and office space rents (and garage space to a certain extent) from the late 1980's, not retroactive (as against the previous law on leaseholding). When this is cited in a text, the modern version is understood. |
