at the risk of being wrong - given the fact that it's a legal doc - I'll tell you what "pana" means in South America: we talk of a "pana" when your car breaks down: quedarse en pana; estar en pana; tener una pana.

Hi, Frank. Have you found a right translation? If not, can you provide more context? How does the previous folio end (I mean, which is the last word). I´m from Argentina and have translated many legal documents; I´ve also talked to some lawyers but nobody knows the term \\\"pana\\\" Maybe there´s a printing mistake...
