Una sugerencia... Explanation: Si traducimos literalmente FUNCIONES de dirección, FUNCIONES gerenciales, un angloparlante no entenderá. Pregunto: ¿Cuál sería el daño de olvidarnos de la palabra "funciones"? Ninguno. Yo simplemente diría que quienes están excluídos son los : directores ( directors) gerentes (managers) subgerentes (assistant managers) jefes, etc. Muchas veces al realizar una traducción es mejor encontrar una "vueltita" y que la traducción sea clara y normal para cualquiera que la lea.
