Es una frase rara, que es dificil fuera de contexto. Estoy suponiendo que se refieren a que el tribunal, pasado cierto término, se abstenga de emitir una resulución o una sentencia en realación al caso. Lo caul es muy extraño. De lo contrario, la frase está mal redactada en el idioma fuente. Checar en terminolog�a de la American Bar of Law. La encuentras en una b�squeda simple de Yahoo. |
