¿Cómo traduciríais el "no se pronuncie al respecto"? ¿Podría ser "until the judicial authority does not rule about it"? Gracias.
Kensington
Local time: 07:30
until the court has ruled on it
Explanation:
Here, the "no" particle, as used in conjunction with "hasta que," serves the same purpose as the subjunctive tense -- that is, to indicate that at the time the statement is being issued, the court has not yet ruled on the matter. (In other words, the ruling to be issued by the court is still in the future, and any assumption that the court has already ruled would be contrary to existing fact.)

A slightly wordier alternative: "...until the court has issued a decision in the case."

Cheers,
HC

1 hr
until the courts rule on it

Explanation:
- In Eng. rulings are made by courts, not by "the judicial authority".

- One rules on something, not about it.

3 hrs
Until the juridical authority not reveal its relation on the matter

Explanation:
please excuse my intervention. The of phrase is (and that is very interesting) that: as soon as a juridical power entity will make public a certain decision on or its relation to the matter, the things should go as they are stipulated in the text (readily, not seen to anybody else with except to dear Kensigton:)).

Another use of this phrase follows from the translation of "no se pronuncie al respecto" which means "not reveal its opinion related to".

Please note that
1. not all countries in the world have the same terminology as that of USA juridical power structure
2. info about the country where this document is accepted is very sensitive for translation.

Thank you for attention.

Hope you already got the necessary sense of these words:)

"... until judgment be pronounced/rendered/entered..."

Explanation:
Kensigton: no sé cómo viene tu frase, pero creo que podría ser algo así: "tal cosa no va a suceder ***until judgment be pronounced/rendered...***".
La "pronunciación" es la decisión del tribunal con respecto a los hechos presentados en el expediente.

Until the court decides on the matter

Explanation:
Me parece una traducción más simple y directa. O sea: tal o cual hecho no sucederá o tal condición no se cumplirá hasta que el tribunal se expida en la materia.

Suerte!
