Vamos por partes - diría Jack :)
Mi respuesta se refiere a "pronunciamiento de divorcio" solamente. "Final or absolute decree" es la sentencia definitiva del tribunal y que pone fin a la sociedad conyugal. Ya no hay marcha atrás. El matrimonio está disuelto.

Lo de "certificación" hay que ver a qué se refiere.
Honestamente no conozco la legislación dominicana, pero aún así no creo que un "certificate" sea el doc. que el tribunal emita.

Por otro lado, "certificación" es un doc. que garantiza, por decirlo de alguna manera, que tal o cual cosa fue hecha, dicha, escrita, firmada, etc. En inglés sería "certification", "acknowledgement", "attestation", según conexto.

¿Podrías decirnos a qué se refiere tu "certificación", dándonos un poco más de contexto?
