Y mira, busqué, como tu lo habrás hecho por todos lados y creo que ni está en el DRAE. Bueno, al fin lo encontré. La parte de 'solicito cursar oficio' no se entiende bien si el que habla 'solicita' or el mismo 'solicite' a otra persona que curse el oficio. Buena suerte, abajo te mando el sitio donde sale la traducción y explicación de 'sumilla', sólo copia y pega ya que no entraba en las referencias.
