si traducirlo como Guarantee o Warranty.

Coincido con la opinión anterior. "Warranty"es el documento en sí. Por ejemplo: "The warranty covers spare parts but not labour costs". Comparar con: "The product is guaranteed for twelve months". (se refiere a la acción de garantizar, en este caso la calidad del producto.)
No conozco el término "garantee"
