Spanish term or phrase: ...con la diligencia...
...el cliente utilizará los equipos y será responsable de cuidado de los mismos CON LA DILIGENCIA DE UN BUEN PADRE DE FAMILIA, y se compromete a responder por los daños derivados de neglicencia, imprudencia, impericia de sus empleados...
Sandra B. Carrazzoni
...carefully...
Explanation:
or simply "with care."

French has a similar phrase -- "en bon pere de famille" -- which simply means that the individual in question should act with care, taking good care of the people and/or property entrusted to him, etc.

"The customer shall use the equipment and shall be responsible for treating it with care, and agrees [or "undertakes"] to be responsible for damages arising from negligence, carelessness, or the lack of skill of its employees..."

HC

WITH TENDER LOVING CARE

Explanation:
It may sound "cheesy" but given the context and the way it's phrased in Spanish, how else would a good father treat his children?

"The client.....etc., shall be responsible for the equipment and shall treat it with tender loving care".

Hope it helps:-)

with the devotion of a good parent

Explanation:
a) "diligencia" carries the same basic meaning in Spanish as it does in English: constant, unwavering attention to something. In this case, however, you also need to convey "care", which is present in Spanish but not necessarily in English. "Devotion" answers that need.
b) "padre de familia" can be a parent of either gender - not necessarily the father.
