Spanish term or phrase:Administrador de una Sociedad
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER [CEO] , or, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Explanation: My colleagues might be right, but, I would be tempted to use either of the above terms.
"Chief Executive Officer" I think is more used in the USA while "Managing Director" I think is more used in Great Britain.
