SEE EXPLANATION Explanation: Hi Dany! "validity" is OK but I'd be more inclined to use one of the folowing terms from the Cabanellas-Hoaague Law dic.: "legal effect/force/duration" Hope this helps:-) terry Above |

Sorry Dany!!!...I didn't fully answer your question:-( Explanation: According to the same Cabanellas-Hoague Law dic [my "legal bible":-)], "restablecer" = "reinstate" or "re-establish" or "restore". You want to translate something like the following: "the legal effect [or, force] of Act XXXX is hereby reinstated [or, restored], including its amendments". Hope this helps:-) terry Above |

The effect of Law XXX is (hereby) RESTORED, with Explanation: the amendments... This would improve your sentence. |

"The validity of.... is restored" Explanation: "The validity of Act xxxx, as amended by...., is hereby fully restored." Just another possibility. Hope to help. Cabanellas too! |
