Restoration [or, Reinstatement] of Act 19,800
Explanation:
Hi again Dany!
I remember from your question yesterday and thank you so much for the points.

I'd just like to point out a few things Dany.
1)I think you should translate "Ley" as "Act" instead of "Law"
2) If the sentence doesn't include "la vigencia" (your other question did) then I wouldn't translate that either.
3) If you DO have to translate "vigencia" in this particular case, then it is "effect" [singular] and NOT "effects" [plural] as this can be easily misconstrued...as in the case of the first answer above.

Hope this helps:-)

Reinstatement of Law 19,800

Explanation:
If "vigencia" does not appear in the source document, is there any reason to add it?

Hope that this helps.

Re-enactment of Law No. 19,800

Explanation:
When you add "vigencia" the meaning changes slightly, as "vigencia" usually refers to the effective period or effective date of a law.

So "Reestablecimiento de la vigencia de la Ley 19.800" = "Re-establishment of the effective period [or "date"] of Law No. 19.800."

Hope this helps,
