I am a lawyer in Mexico, this seems like Mexican language Explanation: juicio = legal proceeding via ordinaria mercantil = ordinary commercial legal proceeding, this versus an executive commercial legal proceeding. Ordinary means that there is no payment obligation documented in a promissory note or other @executive@ document. Interpuesta means to present or submit or file, so you could say they filed an ordinary commercial legal proceeding before or with the Fifth Circuit Court Judge or Fifth District Court Judge...
