Not very common, but I've found it on web pages from Colombia, Peru and Puerto Rico as well. In highway construction, for example, there is a requirement to summarize the coverage of the works in a sign (containing things like projected kilometers, time frame of execution, budget, etc.) In game licenses (Pto. Rico) you have to declare the site, operating hrs., etc.
