Explanation:
Egdo. I don't recognize but maybe it will come. Licenciado = Attorney if you know the person is one; if not it is a Bachelors in something, you may not know. Use a note: Academic title used by lawyers and persons with bachelor level college degrees in many fields. (There is no generic term in English.)
I refer to Mexican usage.
