I'm still translating a Mexican acknowledgement of paternity in a Registro Civil (Civil Registry). I need to translate the following: clave unica de reg. de poblacion, oficialia no., el c. oficial del registro civil, H. Ayuntamiento Constitucional. any help would be appreciated

Oficialia no. Office Number

c. oficial del registro civil = Registrar (simply put). C. stands for Ciudadano...

H. Ayuntamiento Constitucional = H. stands for Honorable, you could render it as City Hall, Town Hall, or City Council, the excess wording (Honorable and Constitucional) aren´t really necessary in my opinion for translating this into English.
