"On my own behalf as well as on behalf of . .." Explanation: This is a bit more florid, more like what would be used in a letter. In a contract (legal use) I would probably say, "both personally and as the representative of XYZ Co." . Good luck! |

On my own behalf and in representation of... Explanation: I agree with the previous answer. This is just to enhance the syntax. It doesn't sound OK to repeat the same word over and over again. 'Respresentation' is an alternative in the second part of the sentence. |
